He also serves as President of the Kern County California Association of Pest Control Advisers (CAPCA) and is actively involved in several agricultural boards, staying closely connected to the needs of the industry.

When he's not in the field, he's outdoors—fishing, hunting, or camping with his family. Justin is also a passionate conservationist, and he brings that same care and commitment to every grower he works with.

He's continuing his work in ag in honor of his grandfather, George V. Ferry, a longtime UC Cooperative Extension Farm Advisor. Drawing on 15 years of customer service and sales management experience prior to Semios, alongside over six years of technical irrigation and customer support within the company, he brings a strong mix of ag experience and technical expertise.
